What They Do?
Construction Skills Workshop is one of the many programmes St Mungo's operates, in which people can learn all kinds of skills from painting and wallpapering, to fitting locks and dry lining, while working towards accredited qualifications needed to move into permanent employment. 62% of people at St Mungo's support wants to be employed however only 7% has a job. The Construction Skills team takes extra steps to ensure students are confident and work-ready when they graduate from the program.
